To generate biopge links and access dashboard metrics, you must complete onboarding and establish valid credentials.

• You must offer accurate, updated account details (especially a valid email address for recovery processes).
• You are solely responsible for retaining the privacy of your password and active sessions. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account entry due to compromised keys.
• Your chosen URL (biopge.com/username) must not infringe third-party trademarks or mimic brands maliciously. We reserve the authority to release or reassign inactive or violating usernames.

We strive to support creative freedom, but restrict actions that degrade the safety, performance, or legality of the biopge network. You agree that your bio profile will NOT host:

Violating these conditions will trigger instant profile freezing, search-indexing blocking, and permanent account removal without warning or refunds.

We offer free accounts and premium upgrades (Plus and Pro) with monthly and annual billing cycles:

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, your premium features remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
• Refund Policy: We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial premium signups. Refund requests submitted within 7 days of subscription activation will be processed to the original payment source. Renewals or cancellations initiated after 7 days are non-refundable.
• API Integrations: Creators utilizing Stripe or local payment links are responsible for paying standard processing fees.

THE BIOPGE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee that bio rendering will be 100% uninterrupted, error-free, or resilient to local ISP blockades. We are not liable for loss of income, customer dropoffs, or configuration errors resulting from custom domain DNS updates or payment gateway API offline events.

Transactions, negotiations, or orders completed via custom UPI buttons or WhatsApp catalogs on your biopge link are strictly between you (the creator) and your customer. biopge does not act as an escrow or arbitrator for creator sales.

We reserve the right to modify these terms as our platform evolves. If we execute substantial changes, we will post an update flag on the creator dashboard or distribute a notification email. Continued use of biopge after term modifications constitutes your agreement to the updated criteria.
